The extension has been removed. Nothing further is needed from you — this page is only here to ask one question, because the answer is the only way a small tool like this improves.
Why did you uninstall?
Pick the closest one. Each link opens a pre-filled email — send it as-is, or add a sentence. It goes to a person, not a ticket queue.
- It didn’t work on the page I needed — a marketplace other than amazon.com, or the panel never appeared
- The keywords weren’t useful — too few, too repetitive, or not what you were looking for
- One export a day wasn’t enough and Pro wasn’t worth it — tell us what the price should have been, or what was missing at that price
- I needed search volume / CPC / intent data — the tool deliberately doesn’t provide these; knowing you needed them is still useful
- Something broke — an error, an empty panel, a CSV that wouldn’t open
- Something else — say whatever you like
If you were a paying subscriber and want a refund, say so in any of those emails. Within 30 days of the charge it is issued without questions — see pricing.
What was removed
Uninstalling the extension removes everything it kept:
- Your settings — which expansion paths were on, and your export preferences
- The free export counter
- The cached subscription state and the anonymous device identifier
All of it lived in the browser’s own extension storage and is gone with the extension. There is nothing left on your machine to clean up.
The search terms you typed were never stored in the first place — they went from your browser straight to Amazon to build the request, and were never written to disk or uploaded to us. There is no keyword history to delete because none was ever kept. Full detail in the privacy policy.
If you had an active subscription, uninstalling does not cancel it. Cancel from your payment receipt email, or write to [email protected] and we will handle it.
If you want to come back
Reinstalling restores the free tier immediately, and an existing subscription reactivates on its own. Nothing to restore, no code to re-enter.
