There is no ticket system and no chatbot. Replies usually come the same day.

Known limitations

These are design decisions, not bugs. Reporting them is still welcome, but they will not be fixed in this version:

  • amazon.com only. Other marketplaces are not supported yet.
  • No search volume, buyer intent, or CPC. Deliberately — the reasoning is here.
  • No mid-phrase expansion. Measured against Amazon’s endpoint on 2026-08-11: three attempts, three times HTTP 200 with zero results. The path does not work, so it is not shipped.
  • One CSV export per day on the free tier, resetting at UTC midnight rather than your local midnight.

Troubleshooting

  • Confirm you are on amazon.com — not a regional Amazon domain.
  • Reload the page. A tab that was already open when you installed the extension will not have it.
  • Check chrome://extensions and confirm the extension is enabled.

The expansion returns very few keywords

Two likely causes:

  1. Your seed is already long. A five-word phrase has little room left to expand into. Try the two- or three-word version of it.
  2. The extension has fallen back to reading the page dropdown. It tells you when this happens. It means Amazon’s suggestion endpoint stopped answering — you get fewer terms, but you get real ones rather than an empty panel. It usually recovers on its own.

The CSV opens with garbled characters

It shouldn’t — the file is written as UTF-8 with a byte-order mark specifically so Excel reads it correctly. If you still see mojibake, tell us which program and which version, and send the file.

I exported once and now the button is blocked

That is the free tier’s one-export-per-day limit. It resets at UTC midnight. If you are on the US west coast, that is 5pm local the previous afternoon. Pro removes the limit.

I paid but export is still blocked

Reload the Amazon page first — the extension refreshes subscription state on load. If it is still blocked after a reload, email us with the address you paid from and it will be sorted out the same day.

Billing

  • Cancel: any time, from inside the extension. Pro remains active through the period you already paid for.
  • Refund: within 30 days of the charge, no questions asked — email [email protected].
  • Receipts: issued by our payment provider to the email you paid from.

Privacy questions

The short version: the words you type never leave your browser, the expanded keywords never pass through our servers, and the extension holds one permission (storage). The complete data inventory is in the privacy policy.
