Expanding keywords is free and never metered. Pro only removes the one-export-a-day cap.

$0 for Free · $5.99 / month or $39 / year for Pro. The yearly plan works out to $3.25 a month — about 46% off the monthly rate.

What the free tier actually gives you

Not a trial. Not a 7-day window. The free tier is the whole product minus export volume:

• Expanding is free forever and is never counted. Run it on a hundred seeds a day if you want to. There is no hidden quota, no soft throttle, and no “you’ve used 8 of 10 expansions this month” notice, because there is no counter to begin with.
• Everything on screen is free. Deduplication, path tags, grouping, the fallback path — all of it.
• One CSV export per day. Enough to see exactly what the file looks like and use it for real work; not enough to run a client project through.

The counter resets at UTC midnight, not your local midnight.

Why the paywall is on export and not on expansion

Because metering the core action is the thing users in this category complain about most. In the reviews of the leading competing extension, complaints about its paywall account for 9 of 47 negative reviews (19%) — and what they are complaining about is being stopped from doing the basic thing the extension exists to do.

So the basic thing stays free and uncounted. You pay when you want the list out of the browser and into a spreadsheet, repeatedly. If you only ever need one export a day, the free tier is not a crippled version of the product — it is the product.

Cancellation

Cancel any time, from inside the extension. There is no phone call, no retention flow, and no cancellation form to email.

When you cancel:

• Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• After that the extension reverts to the free tier — expansion still unlimited, export back to one per day.
• Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. Any CSV you already exported is a file on your disk and is unaffected.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored by AMZBase.

The free tier needs no account at all. Pro does — you sign in with Google from inside the extension, because the subscription is attached to that account rather than to this one browser. That is also what lets it follow you to another machine.

Questions

• Does Pro return more keywords? No. Free and Pro expand identically and return the same terms. Pro removes the daily export limit, nothing else.
• Do I need an account? Not for the free tier — expanding and your one daily export work with no sign-in at all. Pro does need one: sign in with Google from inside the extension, because the subscription is attached to that account rather than to this browser.
• When does the free export counter reset? At UTC midnight, which is not the same moment as your local midnight.
• How do I cancel? Click the extension’s toolbar icon to open your account page and cancel there. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the extension reverts to the free tier. Nothing you exported is affected.
• Does it work on amazon.co.uk or amazon.de? Yes — 23 Amazon marketplaces are supported, and the extension uses the one whose site you are on. amazon.cn is not supported.
• How is payment handled? Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored by AMZBase.

• Is there a team plan? Not yet.
• What happens if Amazon changes its suggestion service? The extension falls back to reading the page dropdown and tells you it did — see the overview. If it were ever to break outright, cancel from the extension and email [email protected]; billing questions are handled under the site terms.
