Threecolts Seller 365 is a $69/month bundle of ten reseller apps (sourcing, prep, repricing, review requests and profit tracking) and it pays off only if you would otherwise pay for at least two of them. As of 2026-09-30, the official pricing page lists Standard at $69/month, Teams at $129/month and Pro at $199/month, all with the same ten apps; the tiers differ in seats, usage limits, support and reimbursement commission. Sellers who only need one job done, such as repricing or review requests, usually do better with a single-purpose tool.

This Seller 365 review goes through the ten apps one by one, shows where the bundle math works, and lists who should skip it. All plan data below comes from threecolts.com/seller-365/pricing, rendered in a browser and read on 2026-09-30.

Threecolts Seller 365 Pricing: Standard, Teams and Pro

The pricing page frames the tiers in one sentence in its FAQ: “Every plan includes full access to all tools for your model — the difference between tiers is scale (users, limits, support), not features.” The feature comparison table backs that up. On 2026-09-30, every feature row for the three Reseller plans carried a check mark, including InventoryLab’s restock insights. What changes is the numbers.

Two details on the page are easy to miss:

  • The plan cards and the table disagree. On 2026-09-30 the Standard and Teams cards repeated Pro-level figures (10 simultaneous scans, 40 scheduled searches, 50,000 results, and “Unlimited FeedbackWhiz Emails and Profits”), while the comparison table below showed the lower limits above. Treat the table as the working number and confirm with support before you buy for a specific limit.
  • Going over a limit does not cut you off. The FAQ says: “You’ll get a heads-up before you hit a cap, and can upgrade to the next tier at any point — there’s no service interruption or hard cutoff.” Pro also adds “premium support with under-30-minute response times.”

Brand owners see a different product. The Brands tab starts at $179/month (Brands 1K, $149/month billed annually) and bundles UniCon, SmartRepricer and the three FeedbackWhiz apps, without the sourcing apps or InventoryLab. The rest of this review covers the Reseller plans, which is where the $69 figure applies.

The 10 Apps, One by One: Would You Actually Use It?

The value of a bundle is the sum of the apps you would really open each week, not the count on the box. Here is each app with the job the pricing page assigns it and a quick way to tell whether you need it.

AppJob (per the pricing page)You will use it if…
Tactical ArbitrageOnline sourcing across 1,400+ retailers, incl. Reverse Search and Wholesale SearchYou source online arbitrage or wholesale lists every week
ScoutIQMobile book scanning, including offline database scanningYou sell used books
ScoutifyMobile retail arbitrage scanning with restriction and hazmat checksYou source in physical stores
ScoutXOne-click ROI, fees, sales rank and Buy Box data on any Amazon productYou check product pages by hand
InventoryLabListings, FBA shipments, inventory, reporting, restock insightsYou prep and ship your own FBA boxes
InventoryLab AccountingBuy/sell prices, fees, refunds, mileage and supply costsYou need COGS-level bookkeeping
SmartRepricerRule-based and real-time repricingYou compete for the Buy Box on shared listings
FeedbackWhiz EmailsReview and feedback requests, incl. Amazon’s Request a ReviewYou want review requests automated
FeedbackWhiz AlertsHijacker, Buy Box and listing-change alertsYou own or protect specific listings
FeedbackWhiz ProfitsProfit dashboard incl. PPC costsYou run ads and want a loaded P&L

Sourcing (four apps). This is the core of the bundle. A typical online arbitrage seller uses Tactical Arbitrage plus ScoutX; a book seller uses ScoutIQ; a store sourcer uses Scoutify. Few sellers use all four, so count the one or two that match how you buy. For the scanner category as a whole, see our online arbitrage sourcing tools guide.

Prep and accounting (two apps). The Threecolts pricing page offers no standalone InventoryLab plan, so for long-time users Seller 365 is simply the price of keeping it. The pricing card notes buy lists “flow in directly from ScoutIQ,” which is the main integration argument for the bundle. Compare it with standalone prep tools in our FBA prep software roundup.

Win the sale (three apps). SmartRepricer’s 5,000-listing cap on Standard covers most small resellers. Alerts at 100 listings suits a small private-label side catalog more than a large reseller inventory. If repricing is your main need, a dedicated repricer may fit better; see our Amazon repricer comparison and review request software guide.

Profit (one app plus overlap). FeedbackWhiz Profits and InventoryLab Accounting overlap. Most sellers pick one as their source of truth and ignore the other, so count them as one app in your math. Our profit analytics tools guide covers the standalone options.

Reimbursements (not one of the ten). Every Reseller plan also includes Seller 365 Reimbursements, which “recovers lost FBA/WFS profits automatically” for a 15% commission (5% on Pro), plus “Lost Inbound Insurance.” The standalone managed services in our FBA reimbursement services comparison charge between 10% (Eva) and 25% (GETIDA) of recoveries (data checked 2026-07-21), and that guide also lists self-service alternatives. For sellers who would rather file their own claims, ReimburseOps audits the reimbursement report you upload for a flat $19/month with 0% commission and a free tier; you file the claims yourself (data checked 2026-09-30 on reimburseops.com).

Seller 365 Review: Where the Bundle Math Works

The simplest benchmark is Tactical Arbitrage, because Threecolts still sells it on its own. The Tactical Arbitrage product page, read on 2026-09-30, lists six solo plans: Flip Pack $59, Wholesale $69, Online Arbitrage $89, Online Arbitrage + Wholesale $109, Full Suite $129 and Pro $159 per month.

That gives a clean rule:

  1. If you need Reverse Search or the Online Arbitrage plan, the solo price is $89/month. Seller 365 Standard at $69/month includes Tactical Arbitrage with advanced sourcing tools on every tier, so the bundle is $20/month cheaper before you count a single other app. The trade-off is Standard’s 7 simultaneous searches and 25k result limit.
  2. If you only need Flip Pack at $59/month, the bundle costs $10/month more. It is worth it only if you also use InventoryLab or a repricer.
  3. If you already pay for InventoryLab, you are already paying for the bundle. The real question is whether you use enough of the other nine to justify staying versus moving to a standalone prep or accounting tool.

A hypothetical solo arbitrage seller using Tactical Arbitrage, InventoryLab and SmartRepricer pays $69/month on Standard ($65 billed annually), less than the matching Tactical Arbitrage plan alone. A seller who only reprices pays $69/month for one app.

Our full breakdown of the solo plans, and what to use instead, is in the Tactical Arbitrage alternatives guide.

What Reviewers Complain About

Public complaints about Seller 365’s apps cluster around three themes. The quotes below are from third-party review pages and a Seller Central forum thread, most dated before the current plan structure, so read them as a list of things to test during the trial.

Workflow friction in InventoryLab. On a 2024 Seller Central forum thread about InventoryLab, one seller wrote: “I have to select the supplier for EVERY SINGLE LISTING.” A Trustpilot reviewer (2025-01-24) was blunter: “The new 2.0 update is terrible.” (Seller Central forum; Trustpilot)

Price creep. A long-time user on Trustpilot (2024-02-07) wrote that over 12 years “the price has doubled from $35 to $70.” That matches the shift from a standalone app to a bundle: you now pay for tools you may not use. (Trustpilot)

Limits, billing and cancellation. A Webretailer reviewer (2023-01-24) said of Tactical Arbitrage: “Paid $89 for 1 month and after 1 week of use, they are saying I’m at my limits and have to pay more.” A Trustpilot reviewer (2024-07-22) reported being “unable to cancel my account because the menu is overly complicated.” Support speed also comes up: “5 hour ticket reply time from IL doesn’t make things better,” from the same 2024 forum thread. (Webretailer; Trustpilot)

The current page answers the limits complaint with its “no hard cutoff” FAQ line. Either way, find the cancellation path in your account during week one, not on day 14. Our guide to seller software subscription billing traps covers that routine.

Who Should Skip Seller 365

Seller 365 is built for resellers. Skip it if you are one of these:

  • Private label brand owners. You do not need four sourcing apps. The Brands tab starts at $179/month; a standalone review request or profit tool is usually cheaper.
  • Single-job buyers. If you only need a repricer, only review requests or only profit tracking, you pay $69/month for one app. Compare that with the standalone price before you sign up.
  • Flip Pack-level arbitrage sellers who do not ship their own FBA boxes. At $59/month, Tactical Arbitrage Flip Pack is cheaper, and you are not using InventoryLab.
  • Solo sellers eyeing Teams. Teams adds seats and three extra simultaneous searches. Without staff, stay on Standard.

Seller 365 is a strong fit for online and retail arbitrage sellers who prep their own shipments, and for small teams that would otherwise run Tactical Arbitrage, InventoryLab and a repricer on separate bills.

Common Mistakes When Evaluating Seller 365

  • Counting ten apps as ten tools of value. Four are sourcing apps for different sourcing styles, and two overlap on profit. Most sellers use four to six.
  • Reading limits off the plan cards. On 2026-09-30 the cards showed Pro-level numbers on every tier. The comparison table is the one to trust.
  • Paying for Pro for the 5% commission alone. Pro costs $130/month more than Standard. At 15% versus 5%, the lower commission saves 10% of recovered funds, so it only covers the price gap if you recover around $1,300 or more a month.
  • Starting the trial without connecting the account. Only 7 of the 14 trial days are available until you connect an Amazon Seller Pro or Walmart Seller account.

Seller 365 Evaluation Checklist

Use this before and during the 14-day trial:

  1. List the apps you already pay for that Seller 365 would replace, with their monthly price.
  2. Match your sourcing style to one or two of the four sourcing apps; ignore the rest in your math.
  3. Check your active listing count against SmartRepricer’s 5,000 cap and your monthly orders against the 5,000-email cap.
  4. Decide whether you need seats (Teams) or volume (Pro); do not upgrade for both.
  5. Connect your seller account on day one to unlock the second trial week.
  6. Run one full sourcing-to-shipment cycle through ScoutIQ or Tactical Arbitrage into InventoryLab.
  7. Locate the cancellation path in account settings before day 10.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Threecolts Seller 365 cost?

As of 2026-09-30, the Reseller plans cost $69/month (Standard), $129/month (Teams) and $199/month (Pro), or $65, $119 and $183 per month billed annually. Brand plans start at $179/month. The UniCon multichannel add-on costs $49 to $449/month extra on Reseller plans.

What apps are included in Seller 365?

Every Reseller plan includes Tactical Arbitrage, ScoutIQ, Scoutify, ScoutX, InventoryLab, InventoryLab Accounting, SmartRepricer, FeedbackWhiz Emails, FeedbackWhiz Alerts and FeedbackWhiz Profits, plus Seller 365 Reimbursements at a 15% commission (5% on Pro), per the pricing page checked 2026-09-30.

Can I still buy InventoryLab on its own?

No standalone InventoryLab plan appears on the Threecolts pricing page as of 2026-09-30; it comes inside Seller 365. Tactical Arbitrage, by contrast, is also sold solo from $59/month.

Is Seller 365 worth it?

It is worth it if you use at least two of its paid-equivalent apps, typically Tactical Arbitrage plus InventoryLab. It is poor value for sellers who need only one function, such as repricing or review requests.

Conclusion

Seller 365 is a good deal for resellers and a poor one for everyone else. At $69/month (data checked 2026-09-30), Standard costs less than the $89 Tactical Arbitrage Online Arbitrage plan alone and adds InventoryLab, a repricer and review tools on top. If you source products to resell and prep your own FBA shipments, start the trial, connect your account on day one and run a full cycle. If you only need one of the ten apps, buy that app instead.
